✔️ Have a combined annual household taxable income of $210,000 or less.
✔️ Ensure your property is valued under $3 million (or will be after construction).
✔️ The property hasn’t already received a solar panel or battery rebate.
✔️ No solar panels have been installed at the property in the last 10 years.

Hot Water Rebate

✔️ Be the owner-occupier of the home.
✔️ Combined annual household taxable income of less than $210,000.
✔️ Property value under $3 million.
✔️ No previous hot water or battery rebate for the property.
✔️ Existing hot water system is at least three years old.

Solar Battery Loan

✔️ Be the owner-occupier of the home.
✔️ Combined annual household taxable income of less than $210,000.
✔️ Property value under $3 million.
✔️ No previous solar battery rebate for the property and no existing battery installed.
✔️ The property has an existing solar system with at least 5kW inverter capacity.
✔️ New battery capacity of at least 6kWh from the approved battery list (ClimateGreen works with brands like BYD, iStore, and Tesla).
✔️ Pre-approval from your local DNSP for grid connection.
